Amy isnt really interested in it but she gets in just to annoy me - but i am in it every chance i get. Its a bit beaten up already but i dont mind - i think, no, i know i am the coolest little dude in ChCh. Sand or gravel are other favourite objects to play with - whether it be in the sandpit, playcenter, at the beach, or just up someones drive i am there. Doesnt matter if i am in my best shirt worst shirt, or nudey - i am in it.

Now people keep asking me if daddy really is my daddy since i have such gorgeous blonde hair but i assure them that i am since i like beer bottles just as much as he does. Daddy plays with the full ones and i get the empty ones to take to the recycle bin.

Amy went to the teddy bear's picnic last week at hagley park and rode her first pony. Wahoo!! She might be a jockey in the making...

We also had 2 kittens here for a week - they were rescued from the waimak river so mum brought them home - Boz and Rog they were called - Amy thought Rog was the coolest, but then an owner was found so they now live with another happy family. Mum was quite pleased since 4 cats a dog and 2 kids under her feet in the kitchen was just a bit much.

Amy has also developed a taste for bodypainting as an art form. It started with just her hands but quickly it became her whole body... fortunately she still fits in the kitchen sink so a quick wash and it was all gone!!

She also likes to twirl in her Auzzie dress and watch the strawberries around the bottom go round and round.

Amy and her friends Amy and Laura were having their faces painted the other day in the kitchen - then Amy decided to do it by herself.... in the meantime, all I want to do is ride baby ride

hello again - not much has happened in the past couple of weeks - we have just been enjoying bumbling around in our own backyard and mum has been busy spring cleaning a bit and chucking out the clothes we no longer fit etc. Amy loves her bike and i love my tractor.

Amy is very excited - daddy went to placemakers one morning with her but she managed to convince him to go to toyworld on the way home - and she came home with a brand spanking new bike - it had to be pink of course. She goes up and down our drive all day and she takes it down to the park too - Daisy helps pull her on the slopey bits. So this week we need to buy Amy a bike helmet and then she will be all set.

Our other new purchase this weekend is a big tent - 3 rooms, heaps of space - we all stayed the night in it last night on the front lawn - amy took till 10pm to stop talking and finally sleep... i was a good boy and went to sleep straightaway. Sadly tho Mum and dad got the dreaded tummy bug during the night - so george stayed in the tent to look after us while we slept while Mum and Dad visited the loo all night (and in the end slept back in their bed cos they needed to be really close to the loos - and apparently luckily there are 2 loos!!!)

Now all daddy needs to do is take some time off work so we can go camping FOR REAL!!

I have just got over 6 days of vomiting and diarrhoea - my head looks so much bigger than the rest of me as i lost quite a bit of condition - but i am on the road to recovery today. (here is a pic of us looking a bit glum). Amy got it just for 24 hours, and we managed to pass it on to Nana too but it lingered in me the longest.

Feeling great today though and we all went down to the park for a few hours. Mum is already on the wine as we were both tucked into bed by 5.30!!!!! Now that is unheard of -but mum and dad had better go to bed early as we might be up at teh sound of the first sparrow's fart!!

Down at the farm last weekend was lots of fun - it was really hot so we all jumped in Granny's pool and cooled down - then Billy the lamb visited us while we had tea out under our umbrella. Here i am posing beside a very cool train- but one i was only borrowing while i was in Australia.
