Mum found some more pics on the little camera of us in Portage - man we had an awesome time up there. We found a lovely calm wee bay that we had all to ourselves in the late afternoon sun. Awesome. Amy loves wearing my togs and i dont mind if she does, and Dad is pleased I dont like wearing hers.

And this is memoirs of Wanaka - the view at tekapo, (excuse the glum look but i am about to throw up...) the asian family taking photos of us at tekapo (also just before i threw up), the coolest beach caterpiller that amy sat on all afternoon, having a spa with cousins, the view from a hilltop in Alex, and at a dam (i am running cos I heard someone mention lollies)...

So this is memoirs from nelson and portage - trampoline, eating honey straight from the beehive, eating iceblocks in the sea, hiding under native ferns, mum didnt take the camera to tahuna beach or into the spa but they were the places that amy and i agree were the best parts of the trip.

Greetings from Down Under!!

We have been away for a few weeks now - i got to see heaps of the south island from the back of Dad's van as we went from ChCh to Hanmer, to Nelson, up to Portage, then down via Kaikoura to ChCh so mum could some washing. Then we were off again south to Wanaka for a week, checked out Lake Hayes, Frankton and Alex too. We are back now playing with the Christmas toys that mum said were too noisy for the van, but as u can see from the pics, most of our prezzies were well used during our holiday. Dad particularly liked my new fishing rod. Amy's best present were the yellow jandals that Santa remembered to get her, she is lucky i was brave enough to tell him her wish list cos she wouldnt.
