I was reading out to mummy yesterday the instructions for how to use her new slow cooker that she bought for herself the other day. It is supposed to give her more time in the evenings which is working so far so good - but what it doesnt say in the manual is how to remove two children from her legs each morning as she tries to get it all into the pot!!

Its raining its pouring...and about 4 degrees. Yesterday it was a really cold wind so mum rugged us both up and we headed to playcentre for the morning - Amy cooked some croissants i think.
And since Amy saw that her friend can wink she has been practising madly all week - and here is the end result. Not bad huh Katey...!

we have all been sick this week - Amy vomiting, me both ends, and mummy too.So all feeling a bit miserable. So here are some shots of miserable amy, and of her pigtails that she loves to wear at the moment. And i am embarrassed to admit it but i am scared of the orange rubber toy - i dont like the feel of it at all but i am getting used to it.

Have i told you that i am already trying to walk? Whenever i get a chance i crawl over to the stepstool and balance on my feet!! I love it and laugh and laugh at how clever i am... i have taken a couple of wobbly steps behind the trolley in the mall with daddy too.

I love all my food too - steak and veges all mashed up is a fave, but i am also a bit partial to the sago and custard that mummy makes. Mummy is very happy with me today as i only woke at 1am and 2am, but after that i slept till 7. You should see how alert mummy looks and i am sure some of her wrinkles are fading already!!

Yesterday on a very cold afternoon we went down to the local park and amy got to play on all the stuff while i tried to sleep.
Later on Amy fed her baby doll some of my food that i didnt want. The baby even knows how to do wees on the potty!!

Amy has been getting up bright and early at 5.30am!!! Mummy and Daddy have tried many bribes, stickers, stamps and marshmallows but jumping on mums head is more fun. So after an hour at playcenter the other day she fell asleep in the swing!! Amy has a great time at playcenter (when she is awake) - she loves to paint her hands and feet and then wash them in the sink... Blake and her friend Jessie made bubbles last week too!

Yesterday we went to the beach with Nana. We both woke mum and dad up so early that we were at the water's edge by 8.30am. It was a wonderful sunrise. George had a great time chasing after driftwood and invisible seagulls. Then Amy squatted down in the water and got a very wet bottom so we headed back over the sandhills so she could warm up with a fluffy at the local cafe. Mum put us in front of the TV later on in the afternoon so she could make dinner for us without us yelling in her very tired ears. We look quite cute huh.
