Hey everybody
check out our early Christmas prezzie... Amy spotted one on display at kmart at the weekend - threw her shoes off, jumped in and mummy couldnt get het out. By the time amy had finished bouncing following lots of threats from an embarrassed mummy there was a queue of children waiting to have a go. Needless to say there was one just like it in our living room the next morning.... (daddy couldnt wait till Christmas) and Amy hasnt got off it yet.

Well it is yet another beautiful day in sunny ChCh... it has been a busy week for the McGregor family. On thursday daddy took the day off and we went to the A&P show - wow there were lots of animals and Amy particularly liked the showjumping and looking at all the horses in their stalls. I liked the hot chips and playing in the gravel with daddy while amy went off with mum to check out the clydesdales. On friday we all went down to the farm and we had a great time playing with all the things that Granny has for us down there (except Amy always wants to play with what i have which sometimes gets me very upset)....
And today is saturday so mum is about to get us some lunch before we head off to orana park -daddy is at the races - he will be zipping between having posh drinks in the members stand with his family and then jumping the fence to drink with his common mates in the cheap seats next door. Mummy would have liked to have gone too but she knows we would have been running away in different directions all the time.

Today mum was feeling brave on a beautiful sunny afternoon... she got out the paints. We had lots of fun painting more on skin than paper and then we finished off playtime with a refreshing icecream in the outdoor bath (paddling pool). Can u believe it I am already 14 months old and i love all food - i try everything once, dirt is something i did try today but will probably pass on next time we are out in the garden.. or maybe it will taste better next time...

Hola everybody! Our daddy turned 36 last week - on the day we lost to the French... so he wasnt a very happy man pretty much all day. He is probably very happy right now though as he is fishing up in Taupo with a few mates. He comes back tomorrow, hopefully with a big fat trout to cook up, but mum isnt holding her breath on that one...
Mummy had her first alcoholic night away from us last weekend - she hasnt got on it since July 2004 - can you believe it!!! It was a hens night and it started at French Farm for lunch, followed by Cosmopolitans all afternoon (well Mum only needed one...) and then she danced the night away at a pub in Akaroa till midnight. Not bad going really. She actually had a sore back for this entire week as she did literally dance like a maniac nonstop for over 4 hours - they all called her the 'energizer rabbit' the next day. Anyway we did miss her while she was away but daddy coped pretty well for the 24hours considering he had to take us to a birthday party too!
PS: i am choosing to walk now instead of crawl about 90% of the time now....... look out Zara!!!
PPS: my mum is also proud to say that finally, (and about 8 months overdue) i am now sleeping right through the night from 6pm - 7am Wahoo to that !!!

Well here I am into the beer again... i cant help but check out the recycling bin most days but sadly they are always completely empty. Now that daylight savings is here we are having lots more time in the sandpit in the evenings while mum gets dinner sorted - but i have to say the slide that granny got for us at Xmas is my favourite activity - there have been countless painful landings but i just get up like a wee energizer rabbit and keep having fun. Mum has had to bring the whole thing into the living room sometimes cos i kick and scream when i am taken off it if it is getting too cold to be outside. Here is Amy with her wee friend Marley at the playground... and down at the farm with all the orphans. We love staying at Granny's place!!
